For this industry training, seven senior experts from Shandong Hydrogen Source New Energy Technology Research Institute, Shanghai Electric Power University, Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant Management Center, Huanbaoqiao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Oudong New Energy, Star Charge, Tianshun Smart Energy, and other institutions and enterprises were invited to give lectures.

Zhang Zhen, Executive Director of the ChinaEV100 Low Carbon Institute and President of Shandong Institute of Hydrogen Energy Technology, gave a lecture on the course "Analysis of Green Energy Map and Industrial Opportunities." The course discussed the important significance of green electricity and green hydrogen for carbon neutrality, the key role of green hydrogen in integrated generation, grid, load, and storage, as well as the industrial opportunities in segmented areas such as smart microgrids, charging stations, ultra-fast charging, and hydrogen energy storage.

Hu Lijiao from Huanbaoqiao (Shanghai) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. taught a course titled "Interpretation of Green Certificate Policies, Market Trading, and Exploration of Relationships with the Carbon Market." The course analyzed the background of green certificate development, an overview of green certificates, trends in green certificate policies, the green certificate trading market, and the relationship between green certificates and the carbon market.

Li Hongqing, Senior Vice President of Star Charge, taught a course on "From Charging Operation to Integrated Energy Management." The course covered the background of new energy development, the current status and trends of the charging industry, charging station operations, and integrated energy service models.

Ou Mingyu, an expert from the Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant Management Center, taught a course on "Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant Management and Practice." The course provided a systematic analysis of the multiple effects of virtual power plants, managing virtual power plants similar to physical power plants, and the dispatch management and practical experience of the Shenzhen Virtual Power Plant.

Wu Chunsheng, the General Manager and Senior Engineer of Tianshun Smart Energy, taught a course on "Outlook and Practice of Large-scale Application of Renewable Energy (RE)." The course covered prospects for the application of renewable energy, technological routes, case studies, and energy storage solutions.

Yu Xinrui, Vice President and Director of the Research and Development Center at Aodong New Energy Automobile Technology Co., Ltd., taught a course titled "Leading the Way to a Low-carbon New Life through Battery Swapping." The course introduced the advantages of the battery swapping model, the large-scale application of vehicle-to-battery separation, integrated operation of swapping, storage, and charging, as well as Aodong's practical experience.

Zhao Jinbin, PhD supervisor and Associate Professor at the Offshore Wind Power Research Institute of Shanghai University of Electric Power, taught a course on "Key Technical Routes and Considerations for Green Hydrogen Applications Supporting the Construction of New Power Systems." The course covered key technologies for new power systems, long-term operating characteristics of hydrogen storage systems, and the carbon emission potential of hydrogen storage systems under the dual carbon goals.

On the afternoon of the 31st, the training class participants conducted on-site investigations and visits to Tongji University's Intelligent Connected Vehicle Evaluation Base, Shanghai Reshape Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and the Aodong Qingpu District Huqing Highway Battery Swap Station Project.

Visiting the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Evaluation Base at Tongji University.

The first stop was the Intelligent Connected Vehicle Evaluation Base at Tongji University. This evaluation base focuses on serving the testing and demonstration of two key technologies: intelligent vehicles and connected communications. It covers a variety of V2X communication scenarios based on DSRC, LTE-V, and Wifi communication technologies, as well as applications of key technologies related to safety, efficiency, information, and new energy vehicles. It provides important support and a model for technical research and development, new product testing and certification, and the formulation of standards and regulations for the development strategy of intelligent vehicles in China.

Visiting Shanghai Reshape Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

The second stop was Shanghai Reshape Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Reshape Energy has achieved independent development and large-scale production capabilities for key components such as fuel cell systems, membrane electrodes, bipolar plates, hydrogen circulation systems, and boost converters. It is one of the few hydrogen energy technology companies that have successfully integrated the entire chain from basic materials to core components, system products, and commercial applications.

Visiting the Aodong Qingpu District Huqing Ping Highway Battery Swap Station Project.

The third stop was the Aodong Qingpu District Huqing Ping Highway Battery Swap Station Project. Currently, Aodong has established a full-cycle battery swapping business model covering core technology research and development for battery swapping, commercial operation of battery swap stations, battery finance, battery lifecycle management, integrated swapping, storage, and charging, power trading, carbon trading, and more. Aodong has collaborated with over 16 major automotive companies such as FAW, Dongfeng, Changan, SAIC, BAIC, GAC, Dongfeng Nissan, and Zotye, and together they have developed over 30 battery-swapping vehicle models to provide shared battery swapping services for multiple brands.

After two days of industry training and field research, the second phase of the "Green Energy and Enterprise Low Carbon Transformation Capability Construction" training series was successfully completed. All participants have successfully completed the training and received relevant completion certificates.

The participants expressed great satisfaction with the training series and showed eagerness for upcoming courses, indicating that they found the training highly beneficial. The series not only provided the participants with a clearer understanding of the development of the low-carbon industry but also further ignited their anticipation and enthusiasm for the future of the low-carbon industry. Importantly, the training offered an opportunity for participants to establish good cooperative relationships with like-minded peers. They shared experiences, resources, and collectively discussed how to advance the development of the green low-carbon industry, which not only benefits the development of their businesses but also provides strong support for the personal career growth of the participants.
