山东氢谷新能源技术研究院（简称“氢研院”）是济南市人民政府与中国电动汽车百人会共建的民办非企业性质的新型研发机构。 氢研院于2020年成立，是山东省第一家专业从事氢能和相关领域研究的省级研究机构。氢研院的团队年轻且充满活力，是成长最为迅速的研究院之一，现已发展为集政策咨询、行业交流、技术研发、成果转化、人才引育、示范推广为一体的第三方智库平台和产业协同创新平台。
Shandong Institute of Hydrogen Energy Technology (SIHET) is co-established by Jinan Municipal Government and China EV100. Established in 2020, SIHET is the first provincial-level research institute in Shandong Province specializing in hydrogen energy. With a young and dynamic team, it has emerged as one of the fastest-growing research institutes in the region. Currently, SIHET has evolved into an integrated third-party think tank and industrial collaborative innovation platform that combines policy consultation, industry exchanges, technological R&D, achievement commercialization, talent cultivation and recruitment, as well as demonstration and promotion initiatives.
在济南市政府和济南先行区的共同支持下，山东氢谷新能源技术研究院于2019年9月22日在“2019氢能产业发展创新峰会”上正式揭牌，并于2020年7月30日在山东省民政厅正式注册成立。2020年10月1日，山东氢研院入驻济南市槐荫区齐鲁大道氢能大厦。2020年10月15日，济南市人民政府与中国电动汽车百人会在“2020氢能产业发展创新峰会”上签订合作协议，支持山东氢研院建设。自此，山东氢研院正式落地济南，成为推动山东省氢能产业发展的一支重要力量。
